In July 2026, as part of its strategy to expand its presence in healthcare, green and low-carbon technologies, and intelligent electrical equipment, EC Capital Group Chair Elizabeth Chen and Executive Vice President Doug Jiang led a delegation on a series of industry visits across Shenzhen, Hebei, and Nantong, Jiangsu.

The delegation visited Medcaptain, Hebei Moser Manufacturing Group and its green-building technology operations, and Eaton Transformers (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. Discussions focused on technology roadmaps, product capabilities, manufacturing footprints, international market expansion, and potential cross-border collaboration.

麦科田是一家专注于高端医疗器械研发、制造与全球化销售的高新技术企业，业务覆盖体外诊断（IVD）、输血与血型鉴定、微创介入、消化内镜及泌尿外科解决方案等领域。企业累计申请专利逾千项，并已在光明、常州、长沙、上海及英国牛津等地建立制造基地，形成较完整的全球化产能布局。
Medcaptain is a high-tech medical device company focused on research and development, manufacturing, and global sales. Its portfolio spans in-vitro diagnostics (IVD), blood transfusion and blood typing, minimally invasive intervention, gastrointestinal endoscopy, and urology solutions. The company has filed more than 1,000 patent applications and operates manufacturing bases in Guangming, Changzhou, Changsha, Shanghai, and Oxford, UK, supporting a broad global production footprint.
考察期间，团队重点了解了 Haema 系列血液分析仪、Immu 免疫分析仪、BT-70 输血及血型鉴定系统，以及“天枢·未来实验室智能体”AI 平台。该平台以数据智能支持检测结果解读、辅助诊断与流程质量控制。双方就产品海外注册、临床验证及渠道合作等议题交换了意见。
During the visit, the delegation reviewed the Haema hematology analyzers, Immu immunoassay systems, the BT-70 transfusion and blood typing system, and the “Tianshu – Future Laboratory AI Agent” platform. The platform applies data intelligence to support test-result interpretation, assisted diagnosis, and workflow quality control. Discussions covered overseas product registration, clinical validation, and channel partnerships.

墨瑟制造集团聚焦被动式超低能耗建筑（被动房）与绿色建筑科技，产品与技术涵盖高性能门窗、新风系统、HEPA高效过滤、Lowcarn环境一体机，以及气密性与无热桥施工工法等。
Hebei Moser Manufacturing Group focuses on passive ultra-low-energy buildings, or passive houses, and green-building technologies. Its products and solutions include high-performance windows and doors, fresh-air systems, HEPA filtration, Lowcarn integrated environmental units, and construction methods designed to improve airtightness and eliminate thermal bridges.
考察团重点参观了“绿建科技大数据运营中心”，通过实时大屏了解全国项目运行情况，以及室内温湿度、PM2.5、CO₂等环境指标的动态可视化管理。根据现场展示，项目总面积约87.8万平方米，其中已竣工约74.5万平方米、在建约13.3万平方米；被动房相较普通建筑的增量成本约600–800元/平方米，并有望随节能标准提升与规模化推广逐步下降。双方就技术海外落地、项目共建与资本合作进行了探讨。
At the Green Building Technology Big Data Operation Center, the delegation observed real-time monitoring of projects across China and dynamic visualization of indoor temperature, humidity, PM2.5, CO₂, and other environmental indicators. On-site materials showed a total project area of approximately 878,000 square meters, including about 745,000 square meters completed and 133,000 square meters under construction. The display also indicated an incremental passive-house construction cost of approximately RMB 600–800 per square meter versus conventional buildings, with the potential to decline as energy-efficiency standards rise and deployment scales. Discussions focused on overseas technology deployment, project co-development, and capital cooperation.

伊顿电气（Eaton）是全球领先的智能电力管理企业，其变压器技术可追溯至1892年在美国研发生产的第一台干式变压器，并通过包括库柏（Cooper）在内的并购整合持续强化全球电气装备能力。伊顿变压器（江苏）有限公司位于江苏南通海安，于2023年全新启航，智能生产车间面积约68,000平方米，配备现代化生产设备与符合国际标准的专业实验站，产品涵盖干式变压器、油浸式变压器、箱式变电站及储能变流升压一体机等。
Eaton is a global leader in intelligent power management. Its transformer technology traces back to the first dry-type transformer developed and produced in the United States in 1892, and its capabilities have been strengthened through strategic acquisitions including Cooper. Eaton Transformers (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd., located in Hai’an, Nantong, was relaunched in 2023. Its smart manufacturing workshop covers approximately 68,000 square meters and is equipped with modern production systems and professional test stations designed to international standards. The product portfolio includes dry-type transformers, oil-immersed transformers, compact substations, and integrated energy-storage power-conversion and step-up solutions.

The delegation reviewed Eaton’s “One-Stop Solution,” covering solution design, product delivery, installation and commissioning, and after-sales service, as well as applications across power grids, data centers, industrial manufacturing, commercial buildings, and demanding environments. On-site materials indicated that Eaton’s service network covers more than 50 countries and over 30 provinces and municipalities in China, supported by three major R&D centers and 24/7 rapid-response service. The display also listed 69 patents, including 26 invention patents. Discussions focused on overseas market expansion for transformer and energy-storage products and potential supply-chain collaboration.
